Closing a Sale
A sale might be lost after it has been made! Sometimes, after the sale is “made” a salesperson continues to tout the product or service.
The sales person says “You made a great choice Mr. Smith, and I didn’t even tell you about this extra feature”.
The customer replies “ I don’t like the extra feature”. And the sale is lost.A good sales rule: ONCE THE SALE IS MADE, SHUT UP!
